TRACK 1

Onboarding (Tableau OEM Viewers): 8:00am to 9:00am
Navigating DataSelf out-of-the-box reports and dashboards, subscribing to reports, exporting to Excel and PDF, using filters and parameters, saving preferences, ad hoc analysis, setting up alerts, and mobile device access.
Target audience: Decision makers, DataSelf users, publishers, business analysts and consultants.
Pre-requisites: eager to learn how DataSelf delivers value to decision makers on day one!

Publishing I (Tableau OEM Creators): 9:00 to 11:00am
Understanding the data panel, creating new reports and dashboards, filtering, charts and maps, formatting, totals and subtotals, new calculations, table calculations, Rapid-fire Tips & Tricks Part 1.
Target audience: DataSelf power users, publishers, business analysts and consultants.
Pre-requisites: eager to learn how to easily tackle 50% of DataSelf customizations!

Publishing II (Tableau OEM Creators): 11:00am to 1:30pm
More advanced publishing techniques with Tableau OEM Creator, Rapid-fire Tips & Tricks Part 2.
Target audience: DataSelf publishers, business analysts and consultants.
Pre-requisites: Publishing I and eager to learn how to easily tackle 70% of DataSelf customizations!

DataSelf Server I (Data Warehousing & Tableau Data Sources): 1:30pm to 5:00pm
Data warehouse and Tableau data source basic modifications: adding new fields to existing data sources, adding new tables, and consolidating data from data sources.
Target audience: DataSelf consultants.
Pre-requisites: Familiarity with MS SQL Server databases tables, fields and indexes, SSMS, Onboarding, and Publishing I.

Included lunch-break at 12:00pm.

TRACK 2

For users who want more sophisticated and targeted training. 8:00am to 5:00pm
Topics that can be covered and taylored to your needs: DataSelf installation, data warehouse customizations, Tableau server configuration, Tableau data source, report and dashboard customizations. Please contact us to discuss if Track 2 will work for your training goals.
Target audience: DataSelf consultants.
Pre-requisites: Strong experience with MS SQL Server and/or business analyst roles.
