Technology
We ONLY use industry standard tools such as Tableau, Power BI and MS SQL Server data warehousing that is secure in the cloud utilizing both Azure and AWS. Mid-market BI competitors use proprietary technology, meaning that tech support needs will often require contacting the vendors for support.
We also have developed our own ETL (extract, transform and Load) tool that allows us to connect to multiple ERP and CRM solutions and other sources as needed.
